Koussan Law is a Detroit personal injury firm founded in 2011, with offices in Detroit, Dearborn Heights, and Marquette. We litigate Michigan auto no-fault, premises liability, and wrongful death cases for injured people, and we run one of the state's most active medical provider no-fault collection practices.

The team includes trial attorneys, litigation and pre-litigation paralegals, case managers, and intake staff, and we serve clients in English, Spanish, and Arabic. The work moves fast and the standards are high, because our clients come to us on some of the worst days of their lives. The job is to carry that weight well.
