The Koussan Law Provider Portal is the secure channel our medical provider clients use to send us case documents: bills, medical records, assignments of rights, denial letters, and explanation of benefits forms. Uploads go directly to the legal team working your files, so nothing sits in a general inbox.

Who It Serves

Koussan Law represents Michigan medical providers in collecting unpaid and underpaid no-fault claims from auto insurance carriers: surgeons, ambulatory surgery centers, pain management practices, and ancillary providers such as medical transportation and attendant care companies.
